Ben Cardin's (D-MD) office has confirmed that the aide accused of appearing in an explicit video filmed in a Senate office building is no longer employed by the US Senate. The eight-second video was published Friday evening by The Daily Caller, a far right news outlet, and showed two men engaged in sexual activity inside of a hearing room in the Hart Senate Office Building.
